No one can pass through life, any more than he can pass through a bit of country, without leaving tracks behind, and those tracks may often be helpful to those coming after him in finding their way.
What We Did
During this meeting, we presented members of Den 3 with their Arrow of Light rank; the highest rank in Cub Scouting and the only Cub Scout rank that is worn on a Scouts BSA uniform. We’ll also recognized these Scouts reaching the end of their adventures on the Cub Scout Trail and we sent them off to their next adventure in our Scouts BSA Troop. While this meeting was very much focused on our oldest Scouts, we strongly encouraged ALL of our members to join us for the event. For many of the Scouts in Den 3, this was the culmination of 5 or 6 years of work and it shows our younger Scouts what they are working towards.
Potential Advancement
This meeting is focused on recognizing the members of Den 3. There are limited opportunities for our other Dens to complete advancement requirements during this meeting.
